Designer Aristeu Pires has translated the exceptional design and craftsmanship of the best-selling Angela armchair for the conference room.
Handcrafted from native hardwood at our production workshop in Brazil, the Angela is named for the late architect Angela Basso — a dear friend and collaborator whose presence profoundly shaped the designer’s creative journey. More than a chair, she is a gesture of permanence: an object that carries a name, a memory, and a legacy forward.
A person remains alive until the last time their name is mentioned; I wished for Angela Basso to be immortalized.

The Angela retains her signature leather back with brass or silver accents and warm-toned, gently curved arms, adapted for the conference room for an elegant balance of natural beauty and technical performance.
